Reality TV star Jesse Lally, known for his appearances on Bravo’s hit show The Valley, has been making headlines lately—not just for his on-screen drama but for his new relationship with Lacy Nicole, a philanthropist and wellness advocate based in Orange County.
After Jesse’s highly publicized divorce from Michelle Saniei Lally, finalized before filming The Valley Season 2, fans have been curious about his love life.
Though Michelle introduced her new boyfriend Aaron Nosler on camera, Jesse’s new partner remains off-screen, adding to the intrigue.
The Backstory: From Divorce to New Beginnings
Season 2 of The Valley shifts focus from Jesse and Michelle’s crumbling marriage to how they’re navigating life post-divorce, especially co-parenting their daughter Isabella, who is four years old.

While Michelle has embraced her new relationship openly on the show, Jesse has kept things more private with Lacy Nicole, who has not yet appeared on the series.
In the season premiere, Jesse mentioned considering moving closer to Lacy, which sparked a tense conversation with Michelle about custody and schooling plans for Isabella.
The couple’s negotiation over their daughter’s education—between Newport and Los Angeles—is a recurring storyline.
Who Is Lacy Nicole? Jesse Lally’s Girlfriend
Lacy Nicole is a dynamic and compassionate woman dedicated to philanthropy and wellness.
She is the founder of the Shame to Sparkle Foundation, which supports people suffering from trauma and PTSD.
Growing up in Southern California, Lacy faced many personal challenges, including witnessing her mother’s battles with addiction and type 1 diabetes. These experiences inspired her advocacy work.
In an interview with Medium, Lacy opened up about surviving a horrific crime and being diagnosed with seven autoimmune diseases.
Her journey led her to speak on victim advocate panels within California’s court system, where she realized the pressing need to help other women heal from trauma.
Lacy’s circle also includes several Bravo personalities, including Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi, highlighting her connection to the reality TV world despite not appearing on The Valley.
The Relationship: Private but Meaningful
Jesse Lally described Lacy Nicole in a recent interview with Page Six as “a beautiful soul” who keeps him grounded and honest.

Despite the growing attention, Jesse has been cautious about labeling their relationship. On the Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, he said:
“It’s just new and I don’t want no labels, no nothing. It’s just fun to spend time with somebody again.”
The couple’s first public outing was at a charity drag event in late April 2024, where they were photographed together. Since then, they have maintained a relatively low profile.
Jesse also revealed to Entertainment Tonight that Lacy’s absence from The Valley was a mutual decision.
They wanted to avoid the pressures and complications of a public relationship so early on.
What People Are Saying?
Jesse reflected on the emotional toll of his divorce, telling Page Six that he initially felt guilty about dating again:
“I didn’t feel ready to date. I kind of, at first, I felt like I was cheating. And then I started to feel ashamed like ‘We’re going through this and Isabella’s alone. We should be there for her in that moment.’
So I spent a lot of time with her after the separation and did not start dating for a while.”
Meanwhile, Lacy continues her advocacy with passion, telling Medium:
“Being a victim of a crime, a trauma, or any event that inflicts PTSD should not be a life sentence. And unfortunately it is for most. I want to help change that trajectory in any way I can.”
