Nana Joins Korea’s A-List Elite with Lavish $3 Million Villa in Exclusive Achiul Village Neighborhood

South Korean idol-turned-actress Nana has officially joined the ranks of Korea’s entertainment royalty—at least when it comes to real estate.

The star recently purchased a high-end villa in Achiul Village, one of the country’s most exclusive and star-studded neighborhoods, solidifying her status among top-tier celebrities.

According to registry records reported on June 5 (KST), Nana is now the proud owner of a luxury residence in the prestigious Arcadia Signature complex located in Acheon-dong, Guri—just east of Seoul.

The deal, finalized in March 2025 and officially transferred to Nana’s name last month, was sealed for a staggering ₩4.20 billion KRW (approximately $3.08 million USD).

The Arcadia Signature complex is a newly developed, ultra-luxury residence completed in 2023.

With only eight units, including two penthouses, it promises maximum privacy and top-tier security—making it highly coveted among Korean A-listers.

Nana’s purchase further affirms her elite status, as she now shares a neighborhood with stars such as Han So Hee, Son Ye Jin, Hyun Bin, Park Jin Young, Cho Ja Hyun, and Oh Yeon Seo.

Reports indicate that Nana may have taken out a loan covering about 64% of the purchase price, totaling ₩2.70 billion KRW (around $1.98 million USD), a common practice even among high-net-worth individuals in Korea to manage liquidity or tax strategy.

The move has fans buzzing not only about her career achievements but also about the growing list of celebrities who have been drawn to the tranquility and privacy of Achiul Village.
