MediaOCD Expands Discotek Deep Dives Initiative With 30+ Classic Anime Titles for March Pre-Order

MediaOCD has unveiled a new batch of classic anime titles as part of its ongoing Discotek Deep Dives initiative, with more than 30 releases now available for pre-order in March. The Los Angeles-based company continues to collaborate with Discotek Media to bring restored and collector-focused editions of legacy anime to home media audiences.

The latest rollout includes a wide-ranging selection of titles from Discotek Media’s catalog, all offered on Blu-ray and scheduled to ship in the coming weeks. MediaOCD has confirmed that the initiative will continue on a monthly basis, with new additions regularly introduced to expand the available lineup.

This month’s selection spans multiple genres and eras, highlighting both widely recognized franchises and cult classics. Among the featured titles are Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie and Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie 2 – The Sealed Card, alongside Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade and Fist of the North Star: The TV Series Complete Collection. Other notable entries include Mononoke, Lupin the 3rd: Goodbye Partner, and Space Adventure Cobra TV: The Complete Original TV Series.

The lineup also incorporates a number of niche and genre-defining works such as Demon City Shinjuku, Devilman: The Complete OVA Series, and Wicked City. Long-running series are well represented, with multiple seasons of Sgt. Frog and the full Sonic X English-language collection are included in the offering.

In addition to Discotek Media titles, MediaOCD is also making select releases from Media Blasters available. These include Osamu Tezuka’s Phoenix – The Perfect Collection, Magical Witch Punie-chan, and Jungle De Ikou!, further broadening the scope of the March lineup.

MediaOCD, founded in 2011, specializes in video restoration, mastering, and authoring for Blu-ray, DVD, and streaming formats. The company has produced over 1.3 million discs and works with clients such as Discotek Media, IFC Films, and Bandai Namco Holdings.
