Han Ji Min, Park Sung Hoon, and More Confirmed for New Romance Drama “Efficient Dating for Singles”

JTBC has confirmed the cast for its upcoming romance drama, Efficient Dating for Singles (literal title), based on a popular webtoon.

The show explores modern dating in a world where love is no longer enough, and relationships based purely on practicality often feel unfulfilling.

The drama will feature Han Ji Min as Lee Ui Young, an assistant manager at The Hills Hotel who excels in her career but struggles in her romantic life.

Despite never having a meaningful relationship, she boldly ventures into the world of blind dates as she seeks love.

Park Sung Hoon will play Song Tae Seob, Ui Young’s blind date partner. He is the owner of a woodworking studio, gentle in demeanor but determined in his quest for a meaningful relationship and a family.

Lee Ki Taek portrays Shin Ji Soo, a man who believes in the value of freedom and prefers to avoid serious commitments—until fate introduces him to Lee Ui Young.

The cast also includes Jung Hye Sung as Jung Hyun Min, a fun-loving colleague of Lee Ui Young, and Kim So Hye as Shim Sae Byeok, a rookie at the hotel who looks up to Ui Young as a role model while trying to navigate her new career.
